1 Interoperability frequencies in VHF and UHF (§ 90.20 c, Footnote 80) are coordinated at no additional charge if there are other chargeable coordination activities associated with your application. Applications for the interoperability frequencies on a stand-alone basis will be invoiced as a “New Station” (fees as listed above). Although FCCA can coordinate frequencies from any of the public-safety pools, home coordinators for each pool can assess an intercategory fee. This would apply to frequencies in the Highway (PH), fire/EMS (PF), and Police (PP) radio service pools. FCCA does not mark up these intercategory fees, but such fees will be added to the basic FCCA charges.
2 Assumes standard 450, 700, and 800 MHz base and mobile frequency pairs. If frequency pairs are being requested other than the standard FCC assigned channel assignments, the rate will be quoted on an individual case basis.3 The FCCA does not mark up intercategory service fee assessed by other public-safety coordinators.
